Job Title: Flat-Rate Service Technician

Job Summary: As a flat-rate Service Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and inspect large RV units with minimal supervision. Candidates should have RV industry experience and/or 4+ years in a technical field, along with a state inspection license. Pay potential: $30/hour.

Responsibilities:

• Work on any RV unit in the service department
• Complete specialty certifications and pursue ongoing education
• Ensure consistent repairs and maintain customer satisfaction
• Share knowledge and best practices with team members

Qualifications:

• Experience in RV industry or mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or maintenance work
• Possession of a state inspector's license
• 4+ years of technical experience is a plus
• Personal set of tools
• Ability to stand, stoop, crawl, and bend for long periods
• Ability to lift 25-50 lbs with assistance
• Work in environments with heat, cold, dust, and noise
• Flexible work schedule, including Saturdays (closed on Sundays)
