Description

As a flat-rate Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and inspecting large RV units with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate has RV industry-specific experience and/or 4+ years of experience in a technical field and holds a state inspection license. Pay potential: $30 per hour.

What You'll Do

• Work on any RV unit coming into the service department
• Complete specialty certifications and pursue continuing education
• Perform repairs consistently while maintaining customer satisfaction
• Share knowledge and best practices to help build team skills

What We're Looking For

• Experience in RV industry and/or mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or maintenance work
• Holds a state inspector's license
• 4+ years in a technical field is a plus
• Owns a set of personal tools
• Ability to stand, stoop, crawl, and bend for long periods
• Can lift 25 to 50 lbs with assistance
• Work in environments with heat, cold, dust, and loud noises
• Flexible with work schedules, including Saturdays (closed on Sundays)
• Neat, professional appearance
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to pass background check and drug test
• Demonstrate behaviors aligned with company values
