Job Description

As a flat-rate Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and inspecting large RV units with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate has RV industry-specific experience and/or 4+ years of experience in a technical field and holds a state inspection license. Pay potential: $30 per hour.

What you'll do:

• Work on any RV unit in the service department
• Complete specialty certification and pursue ongoing education
• Perform consistent repairs and maintain customer satisfaction scores
• Share knowledge and best practices to help team members grow

What we're looking for:

• Experience in RV industry or mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or maintenance work
• Holds a state inspector's license
• 4+ years of experience in a technical field is a plus
• Own a set of personal tools
• Ability to stand, stoop, crawl, and bend for extended periods
• Ability to lift 25 to 50 lbs with assistance
• Ability to work in environments with heat, cold, dust, and noise
• Flexible schedule, including Saturdays (closed on Sundays)
• Neat, professional appearance
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to pass background check and drug test
