QUALIFICATIONS:

To be considered, you need:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of previous experience in property management maintenance or a related trade

• Current driver's license and automobile insurance

WHEN & WHERE:

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time position, with the flexibility to conquer challenges whenever they arise. Overtime may be your ally, and being on-call is all in a day's work. The schedule is Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.

Location:

Based in beautiful Sumner, WA, your daily travels will keep you engaged, ensuring our properties shine across the Greater Seattle Area. This position will be concentrated mostly in the Pierce County area.
