Requirements

• Conduct general inspections and scope of work for potential repairs
• Identify, locate, document, and advise on roof system deficiencies and issues
• Quote repairs
• Make emergency repairs when needed
• Install, service, and perform high-quality exterior repairs
• Upsell service contracts
• On-call emergency service as needed
• Assist with and train roof asbestos abatement
