Job summary

OU Health is seeking an Experienced RN - OR Circulator for the Surgery Center. The role may be filled at RN Level 1, 2, or 3 depending on experience, with a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 and student loan repayment up to $25,000. Relocation assistance is available for moves over 100 miles.

Qualifications

• RN knowledge across general and operating room nursing
• Experience requirements vary by RN level (I-III)
• Licensure and BLS certification required upon hire
• Acute operating room experience preferred for advancement

Responsibilities

• Align practices with OU Health values and nursing standards.
• Manage assigned patient or group of patients.
• Document responses to interventions and updates to physician orders.
• Assist physicians in examinations and minor procedures.
• Monitor patient data and intervene as needed.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Manage IV infusions and blood products.
• Ensure safe, competent patient care and discharge planning.
• Refer care needs to appropriate staff.
• Pursue mentorship and maintain licensure for proficiency.
• Develop career plan aligned with enterprise metrics.
• Foster inclusive workplace and teamwork.
• Delegate tasks to clinical support staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
