We are seeking a motivated, dependable, and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of an assigned portfolio, ranging from 400 to 800 units. As the Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of property operations with minimal supervision, ensuring smooth and efficient performance across the board.

Salary: $45k to $60k annually, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily:
• Handle communication with tenants and vendors, responding to calls and emails promptly.
• Create and follow up on work orders.
• Weekly:
• Monitor tenant delinquencies.
• Check the status of open work orders.
• Post notices, letters, and other relevant tenant communications.
• Monthly:
• Review lease renewals and occupancy rates.
• Track eviction processes.
• Conduct property walks and ensure proper maintenance standards.
• Assist with annual apartment inspections.
• Attend court for eviction hearings and set-outs.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding for new and existing properties.
  

Required Skills And Qualifications

• Prior experience in property management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Reliable and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Experience with Rent Manager software is a plus but not mandatory.
