Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a residential service and maintenance technician.
• Fundamental knowledge about residential heating, air conditioning, and ventilation equipment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to provide your tools.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Physical ability to climb ladders, lift heavy objects, and carry equipment.
• Ability to work in noisy environments and confined spaces like attics, basements, and crawl spaces.

Responsabilités

• Inspect customers' heating and cooling equipment and troubleshoot issues.
• Perform quality repairs on HVAC systems including boilers, furnaces, and air handlers.
• Recharge refrigerants, check for leaks, and test system performance.
• Document services accurately and generate invoices.
• Explain system issues and options to customers; advise on repair vs. replacement.
• Maintain a clean work area and educate customers on system maintenance.
