We are looking for an experienced, full-time, Residential HVAC Replacement Installer to join our team. Pay: Total annual compensation ranges from $85k to $95k based on experience and efficiency; the pay is Piece Rate (overtime available)

Job Schedule: Typical schedule is M-F, starting at 6:45 am

Job Summary:

As an experienced replacement HVAC installer, you will meet with customers and change out their HVAC system components; install mini-split systems; and install indoor air quality products.

Job Responsibilities:

• Run and work a job from start to finish.
• Change out/replace residential HVAC systems.
• Install Mini-Split systems.
• Operate company vehicles daily.
• Follow instructions from the supervisor and carry them out promptly.
• Work well with customers, co-workers, and subcontractors.

Required Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills:

• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
• Must be an experienced HVAC replacement installer.
• Must have excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Be able to work on a team and independently.
• Maintain customer relations.
• Have ability to complete all necessary paperwork.
• Adhere to safety standards.
• Lift minimum of 50lbs and tolerate repetitive motions (bending, reaching, etc.).
• Tolerate working in tight, elevated spaces (attics).
• Withstand extreme temperatures.
• Ability to complete the job, start to finish with minimal errors.
• Minor carpentry and framing skills a plus.
