Alpine Cleaning Company is seeking an experienced residential cleaner for daytime shifts in the Spokane area. You will perform routine cleaning tasks across client homes, including dusting, vacuuming, kitchen and bathroom care, and occasional deep-clean duties.

• Minimum 1 year experience in residential cleaning.
• Able to work with little supervision and maintain high performance.

Responsibilities

Alpine Cleaning is a local commercial and residential cleaning service provider. We offer a range of cleaning services designed to meet the unique needs of each household or business we serve. As we expand our team, we are looking for dedicated experienced residential cleaners for daytime shifts (typically between 8AM-5PM) who are excited about offering the best service possible.

We are looking for motivated people who love house cleaning, are dependable, thorough, friendly and have an eye for detail! We offer a range of cleaning services designed to meet the unique needs of each customer we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular cleaning of assigned residential properties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen and bathroom cleaning, and tidying up living spaces.
• Perform move in/move out/deep clean services of homes.
• Change linens, wash dishes, and do laundry as required.
• Use a range of cleaning supplies and equipment to perform cleaning tasks effectively.
• Inspect rooms for safety hazards and report any issues to the homeowner or company management.
• Replenish cleaning supplies as needed.
• Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards.
• Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies.
• Notify superiors of any damages, deficits, and disturbances.
• Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in Residential Cleaning
• Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.

• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid drivers license
