We are seeking a self-motivated and experienced Repipe Manager to lead our team with expertise and efficiency. If you're a proactive individual who thrives in a leadership role and has in-depth knowledge of repiping systems, general construction, and project management, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a skilled team of technicians, ensuring high performance and project success.
• Oversee multiple repiping projects simultaneously, from start to finish, while ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring they have clear direction and the tools they need to succeed.
• Utilize your thorough knowledge of copper and PEX repipes, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Oversee general construction tasks such as cutting, drilling, drywall, and other related duties as needed for each project.
• Communicate effectively with clients, addressing any concerns, providing updates, and ensuring satisfaction at all stages of the project.
• Take initiative to solve problems, anticipate project needs, and act decisively.

Requirements

• Proven experience in repiping management with a strong understanding of copper and PEX repipes.
• Knowledge of general construction, framing, drywall, and related processes.
