We are seeking a licensed attorney with two or more years of experience for an Associate Attorney position. This is a unique opportunity for an attorney to join one of the preeminent immigration law firms in the country. The attorney will be responsible for their own caseload and will work collaboratively with other attorneys and staff on a multitude of immigration cases, including deportation defense, federal court litigation, family, asylum, naturalization, and the intersection of criminal and immigration law. Our work is done in a variety of forums, such as the Immigration Courts, the Board of Immigration Appeals, USCIS, ICE, CBP, and the federal courts, both at the district court and the appellate court levels.
Our firm is currently engaged in litigation on multiple fronts defending immigrants’ rights, by challenging the unlawful actions that threaten our clients. We are looking for individuals who want to join that fight now – when the need is most critical. As such, the attorney will certainly have the opportunity to work on impactful litigation and advocacy.
We are looking for someone who is interested in working and learning in a cutting-edge, diverse, and complex immigration law practice. We continue to value in-person relationships and collaboration. This is therefore a hybrid position. Attorneys are expected to come into the office on a regular basis.
