Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
• Manage a remote sales team across regions.
• Identify and secure new business in BPO and call center sectors.
• Build relationships with enterprise clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations to align sales efforts.
• Analyze market trends and competitors.
• Represent the company at industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• At least 3 years in BPO sales and 5 years in leadership roles.
• Proven success managing remote teams and meeting targets.
