What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

What is Required (Qualifications):

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in BPO sales and 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven success in managing remote sales teams and achieving aggressive targets
- Strong understanding of BPO services, customer service, and outsourcing models
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
