Job Description

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our remote team in Illinois for the 2024/2025 school year. As a member of our educational community, you will collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other support staff to provide comprehensive speech and language services to students from diverse backgrounds and abilities.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to identify speech and language disorders.
  2. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals for students.
  3. Provide direct therapy services to students individually or in small groups.
  4. Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Active state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Experience working with school-aged children with various speech and language disorders.
  • Strong knowledge of speech and language assessment tools and intervention techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, parents, teachers, and other professionals.
