Job Titles: Remote Sales Professional

Schedule:Full Time 9 am to 5 pm (Pacific time)
30hrs a week (6hr shift with a 30min lunch) and a chance to increase to 40hrs depending on Conversion rate.

Pay:$4 per hour for the first two weeks of training. After that, the rate will increase to $5 per hour for the first 60 days. Following this period, the rate will increase to $6 per hour.

Job Description:

We are seeking an energetic, motivated Sales Professional with a sparkling personality! Ideal candidates are driven, outgoing, personable, and have the sales skills to make sales build positive brand awareness with our previous customers. Can work independently and have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively. generating reviews, referrals, collecting video/photo testimonials, and cross sales.

Ideal Candidate:

• Strategic Target Setting: Experience in setting individual sales targets, monitoring progress, and adjusting strategies as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3+ years in Sales Industry (B2C, Ideally in the Home improvement industry)
• Experience using CRM to manage the sales process and forecast sales
• Ability to design and implement a successful sales strategy
• Successful previous experience in remote sales consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively. at all levels of the organization
• Generate appointments calling previous clients
