Qualifications

• 2+ years of State Farm agent experience.
• Proven history of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Experience selling auto, home, life, and health insurance.
• Current Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.
• Strong knowledge of State Farm products, systems, and sales processes.
• Ability to sell by phone and virtually.
• Self-motivated, competitive, organized, and accountable.
• Able to produce consistently while working remotely.

Responsibilities

• Sell auto, home, life, health insurance.
• Use company-provided leads and opportunities within existing customer base.
• Conduct needs-based insurance reviews.
• Make outbound calls and follow up with prospects.
• Quote coverage and present insurance recommendations.
• Cross-sell multiple product lines.
• Overcome objections, ask for the sale, and close new business.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly production goals.
