Big Country Builders of Texas is seeking a dependable team member with experience in residential remodeling and general construction. You will perform a range of remodeling tasks on residential projects, from framing and trim to painting and finish work, always focusing on quality craftsmanship.

The ideal candidate shows up ready to work, follows safety practices, and can work independently or as part of a crew on diverse Texas projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in multiple aspects of residential remodeling.
• Ability to read a tape measure and safely operate hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and solve problems.
• Dependable with excellent work ethic; owning tools is a bonus.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in Texas weather.

• Perform residential remodeling and renovation work.
