Job summary

Remodel PRO in Idaho Falls, ID is seeking an Experienced Remodeler to lead on-site residential and commercial remodeling projects. You will perform carpentry, installation, and finishing work, read plans, and coordinate with project managers and trade partners to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of quality workmanship on residential/commercial remodels.
• Effective communication and teamwork to coordinate with PMs, subs, and clients.
• Strong time management and problem-solving to keep projects on schedule.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.
• High school diploma or equivalent; trade certifications are a plus.
• Ability to perform physical demands: lifting, standing, varied conditions.
• Prior experience with luxury residential or commercial renovations in Idaho or Wyoming is beneficial.

Role Description

The Experienced Remodeler is a full-time, on-site role based in Idaho Falls, ID, responsible for executing high-quality residential and commercial remodeling projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing carpentry, installation, and finishing work; reading and interpreting plans and specifications; and coordinating with project managers, estimators, and trade partners to keep projects on schedule. The role involves ensuring work areas are safe and organized, adhering to building codes and company standards, and maintaining clear communication with team members and clients. The Experienced Remodeler will troubleshoot job-site challenges, verify measurements and materials, and contribute to the overall craftsmanship and appearance of each project.

Qualifications

• Strong remodeling and construction skills, including framing, trim carpentry, cabinetry installation, and general finish work.
• Ability to read blueprints, follow detailed plans, and interpret building codes and specifications.
• Experience using hand and power tools safely and efficiently, with a solid understanding of job-site safety practices.
• Proven track record of quality workmanship on residential and/or commercial remodels, preferably in high-end or custom projects.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to coordinate work with project managers, subcontractors, and clients.
• Strong time management and problem-solving abilities to keep projects on schedule and address site issues proactively.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites in the Idaho Falls area and surrounding regions.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional trade certifications or vocational training in construction or carpentry are a plus.
• Ability to perform the physical demands of remodeling work, including lifting materials, standing for extended periods, and working in varied conditions.
• Prior experience with luxury residential or commercial renovations in Idaho or Wyoming is highly beneficial.
