Advanced Behavioral Therapy (ABT) offers ABA therapy for children with autism in Ohio and New Jersey, serving clients in homes, schools, and centers. We are committed to making a difference and supporting our staff through ongoing training and career growth opportunities.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Hourly pay ranges from $19 to $22 based on experience and certification.
  • Flexible schedules including part-time and full-time options.
  • Benefits for staff working at least 30 hours/week include paid time off, medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Mileage reimbursement and short travel distances for in-home services.
Position Details

Location: Cleveland, OH

Service Locations: Center, In-Home, Community, Daycare, and School

Operating Hours:

  • In-Home: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 7:30 pm
  • Center: Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm
Responsibilities
  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
  • Collect data, record progress, and submit session notes.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining treatment goals.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive therapeutic environment.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain client confidentiality.
Qualifications
  • Current RBT certification preferred or completion of the 40-hour RBT training.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum age 18; reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to pass background checks, strong communication skills, patience, and empathy.
