Refrigeration Plus LLC in Colorado Springs, CO, is seeking a skilled Refrigeration Service Technician to keep commercial and residential refrigeration systems running at peak performance. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to work with a company that values expertise and craftsmanship.

The position requires EPA 608 Universal Certification and 5+ years of hands-on experience, along with strong knowledge of refrigeration systems, electrical components, and the ability to read wiring

Qualifications

• EPA 608 Universal Certification required.
• 5+ years of hands-on refrigeration or HVAC/R service experience.
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance on refrigeration equipment, HVAC/R units, and cooling systems.
• Install new refrigeration equipment and ensure proper system startup and commissioning.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant-related issues on a variety of systems.
• Handle refrigerant recovery, recharge, and leak detection in compliance with EPA regulations.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding service findings and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and parts documentation.
