Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Process Engineer with deep experience in thin films deposition to advance high‑value solutions for advanced DRAM nodes.

You’ll work across development and manufacturing to troubleshoot issues, drive improvements, and enable successful product ramps in a high‑visibility role. • 7+ years leading critical projects with measurable business and technical impact
• PhD or Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Hands‑on experience with failure analysis, FMEA, SPC/FDC, or similar methodologies
• Proven ability to analyze data and implement process improvements
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams to resolve production issues

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in semiconductor or advanced manufacturing environments
• Familiarity with APC, RMS, or automated process control systems
• Experience with new product introduction and process qualification
• Experience working with supplier quality management and audits
