We are currently seeking a Psychiatrist or Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing team in Houston, TX. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families in a supportive and patient-centered environment.

Position Highlights:

• Full-time or part-time position available
• In-person work in Houston with hybrid/telehealth flexibility
• Focus on outpatient psychiatric care for children, adolescents, and/or adults
• Collaborative work environment with therapists and other providers
• Supportive administrative team handling scheduling, billing, and credentialing

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide medication management and ongoing psychiatric care
• Collaborate with therapists and other providers to ensure holistic care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system
• Participate in team meetings and clinical consultation as needed

Qualifications:

• Psychiatrist: MD or DO, board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry
• PMHNP: Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Texas
• 5+ years of experience
• Active, unrestricted license to practice in Texas (or ability to obtain)
• Experience with children, adolescents, or adults (or across the lifespan)
• Strong clinical, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Passion for providing compassionate, culturally competent care
