Your role in our mission

• Leads and/or supports efforts to establish tracking mechanisms for key performance indicators.
• Monitors and coordinates the measurements of the KPIs, SLAs and contractual deliverables across the team.
• Manages the monthly and annual reporting on operational performance against the contractual KPIs, SLAs and contractual deliverables.
• Leads the development and maintenance of the Incident Management process
• Leads the development and maintenance of the Problem Management process
• Leads root cause analysis and mitigation efforts to reduce service performance issues.
• Identifies and leads innovative service improvements and metrics to increase customer satisfaction.
• Oversees and ensures delivery of projects that to improve contract services performance.

What we're looking for

• A strong understanding of IT service delivery, including experience leading the establishment and measuring performance indicators.
• Experience identifying and leading service performance improvement initiatives.
• Ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with project stakeholders, including business, technical and leadership staff.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Five or more years of support services, project or program experience.

The pay range for this position is $86,800.00 - $124,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
