Job summary

Quad is seeking experienced printing press and packaging operators for our Wisconsin facilities. We produce magazines, catalogs, retail advertising, direct mail, folding cartons, labels and specialty packaging.

Set up and operate printing or packaging equipment, monitor quality, troubleshoot and complete production documentation. We offer paid relocation for qualified candidates, multiple shifts and opportunities for career growth in a safety-focused team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating commercial printing or paperboard packaging equipment.
• Experience with offset, sheetfed, digital, flexographic, die-cutting, folder/gluer or similar equipment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor quality and make adjustments throughout production.

Pay

Starting at $21.00 / hour or more, based on relevant experience and work history

Paid Relocation

Available for highly qualified candidates relocating 100+ miles for select positions.

Shifts Available

• Multiple shifts available, including 8-, 10-, and 12-hour schedules
• Overtime opportunities available

Experience Required

We're seeking experienced operators with backgrounds in commercial printing or paperboard packaging. Candidates with experience operating offset, sheetfed, digital, flexographic, die-cutting, folder/gluer, or similar equipment are encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do

• Set up and operate printing or packaging equipment.
• Monitor quality and make adjustments throughout production.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience operating commercial printing or paperboard packaging equipment.
• Experience with equipment such as Harris, Heidelberg, Goss, Manroland, KBA, Komori, HP Indigo, Ricoh, FUJIFILM, Landa, Bobst—or similar equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English to safely perform job duties and communicate effectively.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and stand for extended periods.
