Job summary

Quad is a global marketing experience company seeking Experienced Printing Press & Packaging Operators across Wisconsin locations including Franklin, Hartford, Pewaukee, Sussex, and West Allis. The role involves setting up and operating printing/packaging equipment, monitoring quality, and performing routine maintenance to meet production goals.

We offer multiple shifts (8-, 10-, 12-hour), overtime opportunities, and paid relocation for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Experienced operators with backgrounds in commercial printing or paperboard packaging.
• Experience operating offset, sheetfed, digital, flexographic, die-cutting, folder/gluer, or similar equipment.

Responsibilities

Experienced Printing Press & Packaging Operators

Pay

Starting at $21.00 / hour or more, based on relevant experience and work history

Paid Relocation

Available for highly qualified candidates relocating 100+ miles for select positions.

Shifts Available

• Multiple shifts available, including 8-, 10-, and 12-hour schedules

Experience Required

What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate printing or packaging equipment.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience operating commercial printing or paperboard packaging equipment.
• Experience with equipment such as Harris, Heidelberg, Goss, Manroland, KBA, Komori, HP Indigo, Ricoh, FUJIFILM, Landa, Bobst—or similar equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English to safely perform job duties and communicate effectively.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and stand for extended periods.
