Flex Craft is seeking an Experienced Press Operator for 1st & 2nd shifts in Houston, MN. You will set up and operate production presses, read blueprints, inspect parts, and ensure quality throughout each run.

The role requires 2+ years of press-operating experience, reading work instructions, and proficiency with calipers and gauges. A safety-focused, dependable team player who can handle multiple tasks is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of press-operating experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to read blueprints and work instructions.
• Experience using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools.
• Understanding of machine setup, tooling, tolerances, and quality requirements.
• Ability to troubleshoot common press and production issues.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate press equipment safely and efficiently.
• Review orders, drawings, and production instructions.
• Measure finished parts and ensure quality.
• Monitor equipment and product quality throughout production runs.
• Identify and correct minor equipment, tooling, and quality issues.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow safety procedures.
