Senneca Holdings is seeking an experienced Press Brake Operator to join our manufacturing team in Grove City, Ohio. You will set up and operate press brake machines to bend and form metal components according to precise specifications, ensuring high-quality doors and components meet our standards.

Your responsibilities include reading blueprints, adjusting ram depth and tooling, performing quality checks, maintaining records, and collaborating with engineers and supervisors to optimize

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience operating press brake machines in manufacturing.
• Ability to read technical drawings and work orders.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work physically demanding shifts.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate press brake machines to bend, form, or straighten metal workpieces.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and work orders to determine machine settings.
• Adjust ram depth, backstops, and pressure for precision bending.
• Perform quality checks on finished parts measuring dimensions and angles.
• Maintain and troubleshoot machines; perform routine cleaning and lubrication.
• Monitor operations and collaborate with engineers and supervisors to optimize processes.
• Follow safety protocols, use PPE, and adhere to Lockout/Tagout procedures.
• Maintain production records including material usage and output.
