As a Lead Preschool Teacher, you will:

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for children to learn, play, and grow.
• Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning.
• Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, working with infants, toddlers, or preschool children, tailored to each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.

• Support the center’s success by partnering with staff and leadership to meet enrollment and engagement goals.

• Have at least six months of professional teaching experience (required) or one year (preferred)?
• Possess an associate degree or higher in ECE or a related field (preferred), or a high school diploma/GED (required)?
