Job summary

The Learning Experience is seeking an Experienced Lead Preschool Teacher to foster a nurturing classroom where young children learn, play, and grow. You will implement our L.E.A.P.

Curriculum and partner with families and daycare staff to support enrollment and engagement goals. Ideal candidates have 1 year of teaching experience (preferred) or 6 months (required) and an associate degree or higher in ECE (preferred) or a HS diploma/GED (required).

Qualifications

• One year of professional teaching experience preferred or six months required.
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related field preferred or HS diploma/GED required.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play and grow.
• Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning.
• Implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, working with Infants, Toddlers, or Preschool children.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children’s adventures and achievements through various avenues.
• Partner with the daycare center staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and engagement goals.
• Build relationships with families and coworkers and create a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
