Over The Rainbow Childcare in Bordentown, NJ is seeking an experienced Preschool Lead Teacher to create an engaging classroom where children learn, explore, and have fun every day.

You will lead a Preschool classroom, design hands-on experiences, manage the room, support children's development, mentor your assistant, and communicate with families to ensure a welcoming, organized learning environment.

Qualifications

• CDA in Preschool or an Associate's/Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education (or related field).
• Previous Preschool Lead Teacher experience.
• Experience using The Creative Curriculum.
• Excellent classroom management skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
