  • $45,000.00 – $55,000.00 plus bonus and benefits, based on education and experience

Job Description:

As the Center Director, we seek individuals committed to making a difference in the lives of children and families, managing school operations effectively. The Director promotes the social, physical, and intellectual growth of children and collaborates with staff to create a positive learning environment while keeping parents informed.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Manage staff by scheduling, evaluating, and developing performance improvement plans.
  2. Implement curriculum with coaching and communication with teachers.
  3. Complete Food Program requirements per CACFP guidelines.
  4. Ensure compliance with company and state licensing standards, including BFTS guidelines.
  5. Support the Executive Director in health, safety, enrollment, financial wellness, staffing, and educational quality.
  6. Create a safe, caring, and educational environment for children and parents.
  7. Foster imagination, self-esteem, and discovery in children.
  8. Prepare the center to maintain high Quality Rated standards.
  9. Increase and retain enrollment.
  10. Promote the company's positive image and community presence.
  11. Support hiring and onboarding of qualified staff.
  12. Foster a positive environment for staff and students' growth.
  13. Coach teachers on classroom management, lesson planning, and assessments.
  14. Stay current with best practices in early childhood education and technology.
  15. Implement new technologies to enhance learning.
  16. Contribute to the company's profitability.
  17. Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Director.

Job Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (CDA, TCC, Associate’s, Bachelor’s; Master’s preferred).
  • Must meet state education and center requirements.
  • Complete 40-hour Director Training and willing to meet state requirements within 6 months.
  • 5-7 years in a childcare center.
  • 3-5 years supervisory experience, preferably in early childhood education.
