Job summary

The Learning Experience in Texas is seeking an Experienced Prepper Teacher to join our team and foster a caring, engaging classroom for infants to preschoolers. You will implement the L.E.A.P.

Curriculum, adapt to each child’s needs, and collaborate with families to support both academic and emotional growth. We offer state-of-the-art classrooms, ongoing teacher training, tuition reimbursement, and leadership pathways.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree is preferred or a high school diploma/GED is required.
• One year of professional teaching experience is preferred or six months of professional teaching experience is required.
• Ability to create a welcoming, engaging classroom and communicate with families.

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play and grow.
• Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning.
• Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, working with Infants, Toddlers, or Preschool children.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Communicate regularly with parents, sharing children’s latest adventures and achievements.
• Partner with daycare staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and engagement goals.
• Build relationships with families and coworkers and create a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
