Job summary

The Learning Experience West Windsor is seeking an Experienced Pre-Kindergarten Teacher/Assistant to foster a joyful, engaging classroom where children learn through play. You will implement the LEAP Curriculum, support early childhood development, and partner with families to track progress.

Qualifications

• Commitment to helping children learn, play, grow, and thrive.
• One year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required).
• Familiarity with early childhood curriculum and developmental milestones.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for preschool children to learn, play and grow.
• Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning.
• Implement our preschool curriculum with sensitivity to each child’s needs.
• Communicate regularly with parents about children’s progress through apps and conversations.
• Support center enrollment and engagement goals with center staff.
• Build positive relationships with families and coworkers to foster a joyful learning environment.

As an Experienced Pre-Kindergarten Teacher, you will:
