Job summary
Karl Malone Group seeks a full-time Experienced Service Technician in a Certified shop to support customers through timely repair and delivery of their vehicle. Responsibilities include performing repair orders across automotive systems, testing components with diagnostic tools, and communicating status with the Service Advisor.
The ideal candidate has a strong automotive background, good teamwork and communication skills, a valid driver’s license, great attention to detail, and a courteous
Qualifications
- Strong automotive background.
- Excellent teamwork and communication.
- Valid driver’s license with clean record.
- Attention to detail and ability to see tasks through.
- Courteous and prompt in service.
Responsibilities
- Repair vehicle automotive systems per repair order (engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, A/C).
- Test vehicle components and systems using diagnostic tools and test drives.
- Communicate status to Service Advisor and estimate time for additional repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed.
- Perform repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications (warranty work).
- Keep workspace clean and safe following regulations.
