Job summary

Karl Malone Group in West Valley City, UT is seeking a full-time Experienced Service Technician to work in a Certified shop. You will help support customers through the timely repair and delivery of their vehicle.

Responsibilities include repairing per repair orders, testing vehicle systems, communicating with the Service Advisor, estimating times for additional work, and maintaining safety and orderly records. The role offers training and growth within a rapidly growing company.

Qualifications

• Strong automotive background.
• Strong skills in teamwork and communication.
• Valid driver’s license free from major infractions.
• Attention to detail and the ability to see tasks through.
• Prompt and courteous.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties per repair order with efficiency and accuracy, including repair of vehicle systems.
• Test a vehicle’s components and systems using test drives, diagnostic tools, and special equipment.
• Communicate with the Service Advisor regarding status and additional repair needs.
• Provide time estimates for additional repairs as needed and complete tasks promptly.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturers’ specifications and maintain a clean work area.
