Job summary

Platinum Pool Service in Omaha, NE is seeking an Experienced Pool Technician with 3+ years of pool maintenance experience to perform hands-on maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs while delivering excellent service.

You will balance water chemistry, inspect pumps and automation, mentor teammates, and maintain records. The position offers competitive hourly pay, paid vacation/holidays, IRA match, training, and a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in pool maintenance.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain residential & commercial pools (skimming, vacuuming, brushing, etc.)
• Test and balance water chemistry
• Inspect and troubleshoot pumps, filters, heaters, and automation systems
• Repair and install pool equipment
• Communicate clearly with customers and explain any issues or repairs
• Document service visits and keep accurate records
• Keep company vehicle clean, stocked, and ready to go
• Serve as a mentor and technical expert for other team members

We're looking for a skilled, reliable, and professional Experienced Pool Technician with 3+ years of pool maintenance experience to join our team. You'll perform hands-on pool maintenance, equipment diagnostics, minor repairs, and, most importantly, deliver excellent service with a smile.
