Job summary

Platinum Pool Service in Omaha is seeking an Experienced Pool Technician with 3+ years of pool maintenance experience to join our team. You will perform hands-on pool maintenance, equipment diagnostics, minor repairs, and deliver excellent service with a smile.

Qualifications

3+ years experience in pool maintenance.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
Ability to lift heavy equipment and work outdoors in all weather.
Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain residential & commercial pools (skimming, vacuuming, brushing, etc.).
Test and balance water chemistry.
Inspect and troubleshoot pumps, filters, heaters, and automation systems.
Repair and install pool equipment.
Communicate clearly with customers and explain any issues or repairs.
Document service visits and keep accurate records.
Keep company vehicle clean, stocked, and ready to go.
Serve as a mentor and technical expert for other team members.
