Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5+ years of professional plumbing experience in commercial/maintenance.
• Ability to obtain Journeyman license and government clearance.

Responsibilities

• Inspect structures to identify obstructions and prevent weakening when installing pipes.
• Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures per codes.
• Read blueprints and construction drawings; perform layout and install systems.
• Maintain and repair plumbing components, diagnose issues, and perform on-site repairs.
• Carry out regular maintenance and respond to maintenance calls.
