Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Post-Secondary Trade Certificate preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of plumbing experience.
• Must have own vehicle and insurance; valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with tenants to provide excellent customer service.
• Unclogs drains from 1-1/2 to 4 diameter.
• Maintains and repairs plumbing across multiple properties.
• Assembles pipe sections, fittings, and valves.
• Installs pipe assemblies, fixtures, and appliances.
• Marks pipe installation positions accurately.
• Reads and interprets work orders in English.
