Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of plumbing experience in similar environments.
• Experience in multifamily housing or commercial facilities.

• Weekend availability is required.

Job description

We are seeking a Certified Plumber to join our team supporting a large multifamily residential community in Los Angeles. This role is responsible for the maintenance, repair, installation, and troubleshooting of plumbing systems throughout the property. The ideal candidate is a skilled trades professional with strong diagnostic abilities, a commitment to safety, and a customer-service mindset.

Pay

$35.00 - $38.00 per hour

The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Schedule

Saturday - Wednesday morning and swing shift available with opportunity for overtime
