Responsibilities:

• Installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems
• Diagnosing plumbing malfunctions and completing repairs as per work orders
• Inspecting completed work and ensuring cleanliness
• Responding to emergency situations, making recommendations, and performing repairs
• Properly documenting all work performed

Qualifications:

• Journeyman License preferred but not required
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in plumbing, including drain cleaning, water heater installation, toilet repair/replacement, etc.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and fix plumbing issues
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under time constraints
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Knowledge of local plumbing codes is a plus
• Understanding of safety hazards and precautions
