Job Summary: A Quality Inspector is responsible for administering the company quality program in accordance with customer and company requirements; ensuring the production, sorting, packing, and shipping of high-quality products that meet all specifications.

This role involves inspecting products for quality assurance, monitoring the production process, and assisting with maintenance and troubleshooting of quality and inspection duties to optimize efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Quality Inspection:

• Inspect products at various stages of production to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Use precision measuring tools and equipment to check product dimensions, color consistency, and material integrity.
• Document inspection results, noting any defects or deviations from quality standards.
• Collaborate with production staff and quality department to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct final inspections before products are packaged and shipped to customers.

2. Press Operation:

• Set up and operate press machinery according to specifications and work orders.
• Adjust machine settings to control speed, pressure, temperature, and other parameters.
• Monitor press operations to ensure consistency, quality, and productivity.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and ensure optimal machine performance.

Qualifications:

Experience:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in press operation, quality inspection, or a related field within a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Familiarity with different types of quality inspection tools.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in machine operation, quality control, or a related field is preferred.
