Job summary

Mercy is seeking a PICU/Peds RN for Mercy Kids Hospital—Ball as part of our NICU/PICU team. You will deliver compassionate pediatric care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and support care across units when needed, ensuring patient rights and confidentiality are maintained.

Must hold MO RN license (or compact) within 90 days of graduation, with a BSN preferred and BLS certification. This full-time night-shift role offers shift differential and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• PICU/PEDS RN experience required or preferred.
• BSN preferred.
• RN license in MO or compact state within 90 days of graduation.
• BLS certification required by AHA.
