Job summary

Mercy is hiring a Pediatric/PICU Experienced RN for night shift at Mercy Kids Hospital – Ballas. The role covers PICU and pediatric care with a focus on compassionate nursing using the nursing process and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Ideal candidates will have PICU/Peds RN experience, a nursing degree (BSN preferred), MO or compact state license, and BLS certification. Mercy offers shift differential, benefits from day one, and tuition support through the RN to BSN bridge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent required; BSN preferred.
• PICU/Peds RN experience is essential.
• Current RN license in MO or compact state within 90 days of graduation.
