HealthFront P.C. in Santa Fe, NM is seeking experienced physician assistants to join our emergency medicine team. You will work in the 46-bed ED at Christus St Vincent Regional Medical Center, collaborating with physicians and providing high-acuity care.

We value work‑life balance; PA shifts range 12–14 per month with about two weeks of PTO. Base hourly pay ranges from $81–$92.50 with incentives after six months, plus a generous benefits package and a $10,000 signing/relocation bonus.

HealthFront P.C. is a physician-owned group in Santa Fe, NM looking for experienced team-oriented PAs to join our Practice. We have been the emergency medicine providers for our community and hospital for over forty years.

We staff the 46 bed ED of Christus St Vincent Regional Medical Center and care for a diverse population. You will see a wide variety of pathology, trauma, and complexity as well as work with people from diverse cultures. The PA's work closely with the doctors, who are motivated and willing to teach, while also working independently to the full scope of practice. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience who wants a fulfilling career in emergency medicine. The preferred candidate will be comfortable in the Emergency Setting, be self-motivated, ready to learn, and take excellent care of patients in a busy, high acuity setting.

HealthFront believes in work life balance. Our PA staff works between 12 and 14 shifts per month, allowing for ample days off. Additionally, HealthFront offers approximately 2 weeks of paid time off (accrued monthly).

Compensation is competitive and reviewed yearly. Our PAs earn base hourly rates and after 6 months earn hourly incentives. We have three tiers of base pay depending on years of experience:

• $81 for a PA with 0-2 years of experience.
• $88 for a PA between 3 - 5 years of experience
• $92.50 for a PA with more than 5 years of experience

At 6 months we add an incentive pay program., current incentives range from $2.60 - $5.70 per hour depending on productivity.

• HealthFront is currently offering a $10,000 signing/relocation bonus.
