Job summary

Fiziologix PT on Bainbridge Island seeks a driven physical therapist to join a clinic that prioritizes exceptional patient care, clinician wellbeing, and a collaborative culture. You will conduct 1-on-1 sessions, manage a varied caseload, and lead your treatments with autonomy in a setting designed for high-quality rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• Licensed physical therapist in Washington state.
• Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred.
• Strong communication and patient education skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1-on-1 sessions (45–60 minutes) with real patients.
• Manage a varied caseload including manual therapy and exercise.
• Lead treatments with clinical autonomy and patient-centered care.
• Participate in growth initiatives, including revenue sharing opportunities.
• Collaborate with performance trainers in a clinical setting.
