Job summary

Bozeman Health is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to evaluate patients, develop and implement individualized plans of care, and provide health and wellness education in a hospital-based setting in Montana.

The successful candidate will hold a Montana license, have a PT degree, BLS certification, and participate in stroke education within one year of hire. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible applicants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy required.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Montana licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
• Current AHA BLS certification.
• Stroke education within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates physical and functional status and establishes a plan of care.
• Documents initial evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Educates patients, families, and caregivers on pain management and safety.
• Identifies safety issues and follows through with safety processes.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
