Job summary

Benefis Health System is seeking a Physical Therapist to perform age- and diagnosis-specific assessments and provide evidence-based therapy to restore mobility and function. The role uses therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and modalities, with education for patients and families.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapy Licensure in Montana or eligible for licensure.
• Graduate of an approved school of Physical Therapy or doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent.
• Current BCLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform age and diagnosis specific assessments to guide treatment.
• Use exercise, soft tissue mobilization, joint manipulation and modalities to improve strength, balance, and mobility.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and prevention of further injuries.
• Coordinate care with PTA or Rehab Aide as needed and follow licensing requirements.
