Job summary

OWL Services is a premier provider delivering sales, installation, program management and service to EV charging, fuel dispensers and POS systems across the U.S. The Field Service Technician role involves service, installation, and repair of petroleum equipment and EV charging systems, with expected travel and on-site work at customer locations.

Minimum 2 years of petroleum service experience, strong mechanical/electrical aptitude, and POS/Verifone/Gilbarco exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a petroleum service technician.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Positive attitude and attention to detail.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in mechanical, electrical, or computer trades.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Willingness to travel with potential overnight trips.
• Experience with POS installation/repair required.
• Experience with Wayne or Gilbarco dispensers is a plus.
• Experience with Verifone is a plus.
• Experience in computer networking is a plus.
• Clean driving record and safe work practices required.
• Capable of lifting up to 75 lbs.
• Good driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Complete job paperwork at the time of service.
• Complete training courses to maintain certifications and knowledge.
• Act as a resource for customers and maintain long-term relationships.

What You Will Do

Are you an experienced Field Service Technician? Do you have experience working with Fuel Dispensers and Point of Sale equipment?

Our Field Service Technicians complete tasks including hanging hardware (repair and/or replacement) and mechanical/electrical issues with both fuel dispensers and point of sale equipment. You must be willing to learn about other systems within the properties to assist in general maintenance needs.
